i want to spawn fx when certain triggers are shot. I'm using ice gernade's tutorial

load the fx in the zone file: fx,path_of_the_fx

precache the fx in the gsc: #precache( "fx", "path_of_the_fx");

Then when you shoot the trigger  playfx("path_of_the_fx, model.origin);

 

(you should use "model setCanDamage( 1 );" then "waittill( "damage", damage, attacker, dir, point, mod, model, tag, part, weapon, flags, inflictor, chargeLevel );" instead of adding a trigger damage)

 

sorry dont know how to insert script properly :/
